The number of foreign tourists to Bali Province in March 2020 fell by -56.89 percent compared to the record in February 2020 (m to m). When compared to March 2019 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali was recorded to have decreased by -65.11 percent.
Foreign tourists with the nationality of Australia (23.83 percent), Russia (7.07 percent), England (6.77 percent), Japan (5.38 percent), and the United States (5.24 percent) are the top five foreign tourists visiting to Bali in March 2020.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in March 2020 was recorded at 25.41 percent, down by -20.57 points compared to the ROR of the previous month (m to m) which was recorded at 45.98 percent. When compared to March 2019 (y on y) which reached 55.43 percent, the room occupancy rate in March 2020, was recorded to have decreased by -30.02 points.
The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests at star hotels in Bali in March 2020 was recorded for 2.80 days, a decrease of -0.02 points compared to the average length of stay of guests in February 2020 (m to m) which was recorded during 2.82 days. When compared to March 2019 (y on y) which was recorded for 2.90 days, the average length of stay in March 2020 fell by -0.10 points.
