Abstract

Foreign tourists (tourists) who came directly to Bali Province in April 2023 recorded 411,510 visits, an increase of 11.01 percent compared to the previous month which recorded 370,695 visits. Tourists from Australia dominated foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in April 2023 with a share of 24.97 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in April 2023 was recorded at 44.31 percent, an increase of 4.30 points when compared to March 2023. When compared to April 2022 (y-o-y) which reached 18.98 percent, the occupancy rate rooms in April 2023 recorded an increase of 25.33 points. Meanwhile, TPK for non-star hotels was recorded at 28.08 percent, up 2.77 points compared to March 2023.

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in April 2023 was recorded at 2.55 days, an increase of 0.13 points compared to the achievement in March 2023 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 2.42 days. When compared to the achievement in April 2022 (y-o-y) which was recorded at 1.95 days, the average length of stay in April 2023 increased by 0.60 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in April 2023 was recorded at 2.20 days, down 0.10 points compared to the average length of stay in March 2023 which was recorded at 2.30 days.
