Bali Province Tourism Development July 2023

Foreign tourists (tourists) who came directly to Bali Province in July 2023 recorded 541,353 visits, an increase of 13.21 percent compared to the previous month which recorded 478,198 visits. Tourists from Australia dominated foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in July 2023 with a share of 24.56 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in July 2023 was recorded at 63.60 percent, an increase of 4.01 points compared to June 2023 which was recorded at 59.59 percent. When compared to July 2022 (y-o-y) which reached 37.52 percent, the room occupancy rate in July 2023 was recorded to have increased by 26.08 points. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-star hotels was recorded at 39.60 percent, up 9.87 points compared to June 2023 which was recorded at 29.73 percent.

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in July 2023 was recorded at 2.57 days, up 0.12 points compared to the achievement in June 2023 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 2.45 days. When compared to the results in July 2022 (y-o-y) which were recorded at 2.05 days, the average length of stay in July 2023 increased by 0.52 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in July 2023 was recorded at 2.23 days, up 0.08 points compared to the average length of stay in June 2023 which was recorded at 2.15 days.
