Abstract

Survei Kebutuhan Data (SKD) is a survey conducted by Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and levels of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. This publication presents consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the 2021 Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
