The arrival of foreign tourists (tourists) to Bali Province in June 2018 was recorded at 544,550 visits, with foreign tourists arriving through the airport as many as 540,462 visits, and those through sea ports amounting to 4,088 visits.
The number of foreign tourists to the Province of Bali in June 2018 increased by 3.03 percent compared to the record in May 2018 (m to m). When compared to June 2017 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali recorded an increase of 8.02 percent.
According to nationality, foreign tourists who recorded the most came to Bali in June 2018 namely foreign tourists with Chinese nationality (24.15 percent), Australia (19.27 percent), India (6.62 percent), United Kingdom (4.68 percent) and the United States (4.01 percent).
Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-rated hotels in June 2018 was recorded at 70.32 percent, up 2.77 points compared to the previous month's TPK (m to m). Compared to June 2017 (y on y), the occupancy rate for rooms in June 2018 was 3.6 points. The average length of stay of guests in star-rated hotels in Bali in June 2018 was recorded at 2.87 days, up 0.13 points compared to the average length of stay of guests in May 2018 (m to m). When compared to June 2017 (y on y) which reached 3.04 days, the average length of stay June 2018 decreased -0.17 points.
TPK in Non-Star hotels in June 2018, was recorded at 32.55 percent, an increase of 3.91 points from the previous month's record (m to m). Compared to June 2017 (y on y), the occupancy rate of rooms in June 2018 was recorded at -4.14 points. The average length of stay at Non Star Hotels in June 2018 was recorded at 2.33, an increase of 0.07 days from the previous month (m to m) which reached 2.26 days. When compared to June 2017 (y on y) which reached 2.72 days, the average length of stay June 2018 decreased -0.39 days.
