Export
In October 2021, the export value of Bali Province goods to foreign countries was recorded to increase by 20.96 percent (m-t-m), from US$ 40,850,026 in September 2021 to US$ 49,413,807 in October 2021. When compared to October 2020 (y-o-y), Bali's export value in October 2021 was also recorded to increase by 22.13 percent.
Of the top 5 export destination countries for Bali in October 2021, the value of exports to the United States recorded the highest increase month-to-month up to 37.25 percent. This increase was mainly due to higher exports of coffee, tea and spices (HS 09).
The cumulative export value in the January-October 2021 period was recorded at US$ 407,748,214, up 9.49 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.
Import
In line with Bali's exports, the import performance of Bali Province in October 2021 also showed an increase. The import value of Bali Province goods from abroad in October 2021 was recorded at US$ 2,414,143, up 0.10 percent compared to September 2021 (m-t-m) which was recorded at US$ 2,411,831. On a year on year basis, the import value of Bali Province in October 2021 was recorded to have decreased by 30.81 percent.
Of the top 5 import origin countries in October 2021, the value of imports from Australia was recorded to have increased by hundreds of percent month to month (131.51 percent), which was mainly due to increased imports of optical, photographic, cinematographic, and medical instrument products (HS). 90).
Cumulatively, the import value in the January-October 2021 period was recorded at US$ 30,451,927, down 59.37 percent compared to the same period the previous year.
