Bali Province Tourism Development January 2024

Foreign tourists (tourists) who came directly to Bali Province in January 2024 were recorded at 420,037 visits, down 12.79 percent compared to the previous month's period when there were 481,646 visits. Tourists from Australia dominate foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in January 2024 with a share of 27.75 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in January 2024 was recorded at 56.27 percent, down 5.92 points compared to December 2023. When compared to January 2023 (y-o-y) which reached 46.16 percent, the occupancy rate rooms in January 2024 recorded an increase of 10.11 points. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels was recorded at 36.24 percent, down 1.23 points compared to December 2023.

The average length of stay for foreign and domestic guests at star-rated hotels in Bali in January 2024 was recorded at 2.54 days, an increase of 0.05 points compared to the achievement in December 2023 (m-t-m) which was recorded at 2.49 days. When compared with the achievement in January 2023 (y-o-y) which was recorded at 2.36 days, the average length of stay in January 2024 increased by 0.18 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in January 2024 was recorded at 2.21 days, an increase of 0.07 points compared to December 2023 which was recorded at 2.14 days.
