The arrival of foreign tourists (tourists) to Bali Province in July 2018 was recorded at 624,366 visits, with foreign tourists coming through the airport 624,337 visits, and those through sea ports amounting to 29 visits.
The number of foreign tourists to the Province of Bali in July 2018 increased by 14.66 percent compared to records in June 2018 (m to m). When compared to July 2017 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali recorded an increase of 5.46 percent.
According to nationality, foreign tourists who recorded the most came to Bali in July 2018 namely foreign tourists with Chinese nationality (23.73 percent), Australia (18.35 percent), India (4.77 percent), United Kingdom (4.58 percent) and France (4.50 percent).
Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in July 2018 was recorded at 74.40 percent, up 4.08 points compared to the previous month's TPK (m to m). Compared to July 2017 (y on y), room occupancy rates in July 2018, recorded an increase of 2.08 points. The average length of stay of guests in star-rated hotels in Bali in July 2018 was recorded at 3.00 days, up 0.13 points compared to the average length of stay of guests in June 2018 (m to m). When compared to July 2017 (y on y) which reached 3.19 days, the average length of stay in July 2018 decreased -0.19 points.
TPK in Non Bintang hotels in July 2018, was recorded at 31.69 percent, a decrease of -0.86 points from the previous month (m to m). When compared to July 2017 (y on y), room occupancy rates in July 2018 recorded a decrease of -5.00 points. The average length of stay in Non Star Hotels in July 2018 was recorded at 2.23, a decrease of -0.10 days from the previous month (m to m) which reached 2.33 days. When compared to July 2017 (y on y) which reached 2.90 days, the average length of stay in July 2018 decreased -0.67 days.
