Bali's total economy in quarter III-2018 measured based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB) reaches Rp. 60.91 trillion and on a constant price basis (ADHK) in 2010 reached Rp. 39.49 trillion.
The Bali Economy Quarter III-2018 compared to Quarter III-2017 (y-on-y) recorded a growth of 6.24 percent. In terms of business sector, the highest growth was recorded in the Construction business field at 11.77 percent. While in terms of expenditure, the highest growth was recorded in the component of Government Consumption Expenditures (PK-P) of 14.18 percent
In q-to-q or when compared to the previous quarter, Bali's economy recorded a growth of 3.47 percent. In terms of business fields, the highest growth was achieved by Government Administration, Defense and Obligatory Social Security which was recorded at 5.88 percent. In terms of expenditure, the component of Government Consumption Expenditure (PK-P) grew the highest with a growth rate of 21.33 percent.
Bali's economy in the third quarter of 2018 was still dominated by businesses providing accommodation and food and beverages with a contribution of 23.13 percent, followed by agriculture, forestry and fisheries, which was recorded at 14.03 percent. In terms of expenditure, the role of exports and household consumption expenditure was still dominant in this quarter, with contributions recorded at 64.01 percent respectively; and 45.70 percent. Whereas the contribution from the Import component as a deduction component was recorded at 56.44 percent.
