In July 2022, the value of exports of goods for the Province of Bali abroad was recorded to have increased by 0.35 percent (m-t-m), from US$ 49,930,457 in June 2022 to US$ 50,104,840 in July 2022. When compared to July 2021 (y-o-y), Bali's export value in July 2022 was recorded to have increased by 48.53 percent.
Of the top 5 export destination countries for Bali in July 2022, the value of exports to Australia recorded the highest increase month to month (57.95 percent). This increase was mainly due to increased exports of precious metal products and jewelry/gems (HS 71).
The cumulative export value in the January-July 2022 period was recorded at US$349,527,214, up 25.71 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.
Contrary to Bali's exports, the import performance of the Province of Bali in July 2022 showed a decline. The import value of Bali Province goods from abroad in July 2022 was recorded at US$ 8,366,211, down 20.78 percent compared to June 2022 (m-t-m) which was recorded at US$ 10,560,978. On a year-on-year basis, the import value of the Province of Bali in July 2022 was recorded to have increased as high as 372.18 percent.
Of the top 5 countries of origin for imports in July 2022, the value of imports from Hong Kong was recorded to have decreased the most on a month to month basis (-54.68 percent), which was mainly due to a decrease in imports of precious metals and jewelry/gems (HS 71).
Cumulatively, the value of imports in the January-July 2022 period was recorded at US$ 37,205,769, up 57.48 percent compared to the same period the previous year.
